Job Description

Project Administrator/Engineer supports the Project Management Team and performs project-related administrative functions . This includes proper recording of project document (drawings, transmittal, datasheet etc.), data entry for Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Jurong Island pass application, following-up of claims approval, requesting for quotation and meeting minutes recording. Transportation is provided at our pick up & drop off point at Jurong Point Shopping Mall (Boon Lay MRT). Responsibilities

• Handle all documentation of the project
• Data entry and support in setting up CMMS
• Handle Jurong Island Pass Application and liaise with contractors/vendors
• Responsible for arranging meetings
• Prepare minutes for the meeting, notices, agenda and other correspondences in the department
• General administration support to project team and assisting project manager in progress claims
• Support project team on invoicing and purchasing requests
• Tracking of project activities
• Undertake any other ad-hoc project duties

• 1-3 years of experience in project handling
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering studies
• Outgoing with good communication and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities
• Able to work independently and target-oriented in a stressful environment
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients or vendors
• Computer-literate and Microsoft Office skills
