Job Description

Key accountabilities:

The following is a list of the key responsibilities which a FSRU Project Administrator would be expected to undertake with KARMOL FSRU conversion project;

o Responsible for various administrative duties surrounding a project o Follow up day-to-day tasks assigned by the Site Manager, Deputy Site Manager and Commissioning Manager o Follow the Site team communication and decision-making protocol o Maintain clear communication and cooperation with Site team members, shipyard stuff and service-contractors on day-to-day basis o Schedule meetings and take minutes o Order office supplies as needed o Handle Shipyard permits for Contractors and visitors o Responsible for task tracking to ensure deadlines are met o Maintain cloud-based office system and project documentation data base o Organizes project documents such as engineering drawings, MC check sheets, service engineer’s reports, etc. o Translate technical documents (P&ID drawings, operation manuals, etc.) to Portuguese language o Punch list control of reported defects or deficiencies by Site team and Shipyard or designated service-contractor o Coordinate and maintain schedule of sub-contractors o Maintain an accurate record of maintenance and repair carried out o Organise logistic for spare parts supply and keep track of spares arrival o Keep accurate record of received spare parts o Occasionally carry out safety inspections on board the FSRU vessel to ensure safe work permits are followed

Essential experience and job requirements:

o Work experience in site project administration o Excellent organizational and time-management skills o High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language is essential o High level of verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese language is essential o Strong skills in computer literacy and office administration are essential o Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential o Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software (files conversion, plot-out, editing) is essential o Knowledge of project management software (MS Project) is advantage o Good knowledge of working in Cloud (SharePoint, G-docs) o Sound knowledge to set-up and maintain site server (NAS) o Must be familiar with ship engineering systems (terminology) o Must be familiar with Safe Work permits and Risk assessment process o Working on dry-docking and conversion projects is advantage
