Working days: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm + Saturday 8.30 am to 1.30 pm (weekend allowance will be given)
Job Responsibility:
Manage administrative matters of the project
Handle coordination matters with internal and external personnel
Be the key support to the head of the project
Coordinate with the operation team in tracking and raising purchase requests
Coordinate with the technical team in managing documents
Be responsible for the welfare of the project staff and workers
Prepares monthly reports
Job Requirements:
Possesses a Diploma in Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
