Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the team to conduct Business process analysis with various stakeholders
- Understand, review, and translate business issues or user requirements into information systems and information management solutions.
- Participate with project team members for PI (Process Innovation) designing & planning
- Collaboration with stakeholders related projects which may include system implementation, internal process improvement
- Conduct trainings & provide support to employees on DX processes and systems
- Understand and help to set SCM KPI target for each biz unit
- Monitoring/ analysis of Weekly/Monthly KPI performance
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree with 3 to 7 years of related experience.
- Past working experiences in project management.
