Register and organise safety induction course for contractors and visitors associated with the project Liaise with vendors and contractors for documentation delivery and documentation update Receive and route documents received from vendors and contractors internally, follow up internally and externally as required. Upload documents and classify every document for assigned projects to populate in the SharePoint /Project folders correctly Update the master list of documents with documents which are uploaded into SharePoint / Project Folders Upload new project handover documents in SharePoint and update the Master Register file for all the new files added GR / invoice control / Update Cost Control Sheets / Monthly Reports etc., Perform other duties as assigned, e.g., administrative work. Requirement : Minimum 3 year experience in project administrative or documentation control. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP with an understanding of Stock Control Software Systems Good understanding of IT systems Basic understanding of engineering administration systems.
