Position: Project & Operations Assistant

Period: August 2022

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute administrative functions for the operations and projects team to optimise efficiency and results.
• Liaise with the operations team on the support rostering, and maintain proper operations support documentation.
• Manage and coordinate with stakeholders on the execution and implementation of projects and maintain proper project documentation.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders to manage project activities and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) functions where required.
• Support project, operations, and QA team as and where required.
• Any other matters tasked by Management.

• Preferably Diploma, or relevant qualifications.
• Experience in project coordination & implementation.
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.
