As an Assistant/Deputy Project Manager, you will be supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the smooth and successful execution of Construction Projects in Singapore: * Location: Based on Project Site * Working Days: 5.5 Days * Working Hours: Mon-Fri (830am - 530pm), Sat (830am - 1230pm) * Salary Package: Includes Handphone/Transport Allowance*, Project Gratuity, Variable Bonus

As an Assistant/Deputy Project Manager, you will be supporting the Project Manager and ensuring the smooth and successful execution of Construction Projects in Singapore:

My client is a Maincon company, who consistently holds on to a Grade A1 contractor status and is classified as Class 1 General Building. The company has an extensive Construction portfolio, where it encompasses an impressive array of projects across various sectors, from institutional and civil infrastructure to commercial, retail, leisure, and residential developments.



Project Implementation Support: Assist the Project Manager in ensuring effective project implementation and successful completion, while meeting schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project operations. | Establish guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the project team.

Design Verification: Verify construction details and designs based on construction plans and drawings before construction begins. | Identify variations or defects and ensure accurate documentation when processing payments to subcontractors.

Team Coaching and Productivity Tracking: Provide on-the-job coaching to the operation team to enhance their skills and performance. | Monitor and track the productivity of the operation team to optimize efficiency.

Subcontractor Management: Plan, forecast, and track the work progress of subcontractors. | Provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings to ensure subcontractors meet project timelines. | Arrange logistics for daily operational needs.

Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in project processes and performance.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in assisting with project management, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, design review, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
