- Coordinate projects from conception to completion.
- Assist on overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, updating and documentation to meet targets and ensure that projects are on track within stipulated time.
- Communicate, maintain and develop good rapport / positive relationships with various internal and external event stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, sponsors, content providers/speakers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for marketing processes.
- Assist in any other duties required by the events team from time to time.
- Min. Diploma in Project Management/Marketing/Business/ or related
- Relevant working experience would be an advantage (we welcome fresh grads as well!)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Positive individuals who are disciplined and self-motivate
