The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in an American MNC
• Monday - Friday (9:00 AM-6:30 PM)
• Job type: Contract (12 months extendable)

Adecco is currently partnering with a MNC industry based in Singapore. We are now looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to work at the intersection of customer and partners in this fast growing industry.









PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

• Ownership of the technical implementation of the deployment
• Develops project implementation plans/task lists for deployments, leads internal project kick-off

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• POC for vendors on deployment specific questions/concerns
• Coordinates onsite efforts with vendors and submits and manages PR/PO requests, as appropriate
• Responsible for staying abreast of vendor work status, and communicating updates to CPM

TECHNICAL ACUMEN

• Experience in the IBX data center environment
• Supports data collection and metrics analysis, manages initiatives to ensure accuracy and installed base data integrity
• Support deinstall process where required

DESIGN VALIDATION / TROUBLESHOOTING (Good to have)

• Leads feasibility review of design packages
• Validates customer order requirements
• Proposes alternative solutions as required
• Offers solutions to resolve customer non-standard order requirements
• Manages implementation-related customer escalations

CROSS TEAM COORDINATION

• Liaises with internal operations team to:
  • Facilitate smooth service delivery
  • Ensures provisioned services meet / exceed customers' expectations
• Review third party vendor quotes
• Negotiate delivery lead times
