This role will play and important role in pro-actively and entrepreneurial approach to manage collective inputs from across the organization in representing efforts within evolving healthcare countries in it's alignment with our Takeda overall Access To Medicine Ambition and best presenting this with the respective to the external audience inclusive of Indices within the scope of the AtM-office. Selected program management of AtM Projects including the engagement and follow-up with key cross functional external and internal stakeholders against robust project management plans. Monitoring of external trends and better practices review, to enhance and advise on adaption to the AtM Strategy.Principle accountabilitiesBuilding Trust & Reputation: Indices ManagementApply a proactive and entrepreneurial approach in managing AtM initiatives, aligning with external and internal stakeholders in taking ownership of the indices management under responsibility of the AtM-Office at GEM: AtM-Index end-to-end Management, Social Indicators related to the patient pillar in the DJSI, AtM-office scope in the investors relations calls.Program ManagementSelected program management of AtM projects including engagement and follow-up with key cross-functional external and internal stakeholders against robust project management plans and timelines across numerous work streams; track project deliverables and support with reporting, to allow broad access to healthcare, infrastructures and development solutions in alignment with the AtM positioning statement.Managing and Engaging External & Internal StakeholdersSupport liaison to internal stakeholders and foster partnerships on selected AtM projects in the areas of public health, policy, health regulations, intellectual property, R&D, clinical trials, ethics, compliance and any other functions as it evolves in relation to the Access to Medicines Index and other indices management relevant to Takeda Access to Medicines Strategy in countries with evolving healthcare environments.Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to drive long-term pro-active AtM strategies in Takeda's therapeutical areas of focus, as identified opportunities relating to the Sustainability Strategy and relevant Indices.Management of selected external stakeholders to continue to build Trust and Reputation of Takeda, i.e Access to Medicine Foundation.External ReviewMonitoring of external trends and best practices to review, enhance and advise on adaption to the AtM Head and relevant Functional Heads as it relates the Access to Medicine Strategy.Major Challenges Best presenting Takeda's Access to Medicines efforts aligned to it's Business Strategy and not shaped around the Indices Strategy Dynamic internal stakeholder management with a broad reach across the organization at all levels Evolving external dynamics and metrics with regards to standards and reporting with Social Indicators in relation to the AtM Strategy The ability to influence without having authority Complex data setsEducational qualificationsBachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Financial/Social Science or Equivalent Post Graduate QualificationRelevant Experience 7-10 years industry experience, ideally with some expertise in commercial pharmaceutical/ corporate strategy. Robust project management skills with ability to work on numerous projects in parallel Beneficial but not mandatory, management of Indices and/or exposure in sustainability consulting. Regional and/or International experience, overseeing initiatives and key elements of strategic/global projectsSkills & personal characteristics Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle shifting situations in Growth Emerging Markets Ability to work with complex information and multiple information sources with the aim of synthesizing this into findings & conclusions Strong results orientation, entrepreneurial with global mindset Pro-active, trustworthy, strong communicator, positive "can-do" attitude Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in cross-cultural settings and highly distributed work environments with demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and influence Excellent written and oral communications skills in English Willing to travel ?30% within GEM/Global incl. countries with evolving healthcare infrastructure Flexibility to work across multiple time-zone
