Reports To: Head of Supply
Role Purpose: To manage the pre-launch and launch phase of Cove's new residential rental properties across all internal business functions and ensure that building safety and quality are to a high standard.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and assessments for Cove's pipeline properties and report back key issues and concerns to the supply team
  • Provide cost estimates and inputs for facilities and maintenance considerations to our supply team to support the underwriting process
  • Lead the project management of all confirmed pipeline properties
  • Hold regular meetings with all cross-functional stakeholders throughout the pre-launch and launch phases of new buildings
  • Ensure that the cross-functional team are aligned to a common timeline with clear understand of interdependent work streams
  • Support the cross-functional team to overcome obstacles and course correct when projects are off track
  • Overseeing the budget for A&A works and capex
  • Regular reporting on project progress
Experience required:
  • At least 3 years in a building management/facilities management related role
  • Leading the management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • University degree (bachelors or above) ideally in a business or technical field
Competencies:
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Structured and well organised
  • Strong communication skills
