Job Responsibilities

• Works with supply chain associates in Greater Asia to gather the business requirements and identify supply chain improvement opportunities
• Maps current supply chain processes and design and develop the future processes
• Implement changes to the supply chain processes and systems across the region that will improve supply chain capability and performance
• Provides guidance and training to improve supply chain associates’ skills set to deliver outstanding service and results to internal and external customers

Our Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
• At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics
• Good project management skills/experience is the key for this role.
• Strong understanding in at least one of the following process areas is desired – order fulfilment, demand planning and/or supply planning
• Good business process mapping skills with continuous improvement experience is highly desired
• Can think logically with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Independent & mature working style
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in SAP is preferred
