Job Description
Designation: Project ArchitectSalary: P18,000.00 inclusive of governmental benefits Duty hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm*
:
- Design & draft building plans
- Consult with clients
- Oversee contractors & construction crew
- Visit & review work sites regularly
- Prepare documents & specifications
- Budget & schedule management
- Knowledge in preparing BOM and estimates
- Conduct final inspection after project completion
- Willingness to be assigned anywhere

Requirements:
- Licensed architect
- With experience in residential and leisure related projects
