Architectural Consultant firm
in town area.Responsibilities for Project Architect
:Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation. Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
Assist in tender processContract and construction management
TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of projectWhat you will need as Project Architect
:Bachelor's degree in Architecture
from a recognized university. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
