Responsibilities: * Design, Detail, Specify and assist in tendering the full range of Architectural packages for Advanced Technology, Life Science Projects * Liaise with the client team on desig Responsibilities: Design, Detail, Specify and assist in tendering the full range of Architectural packages for Advanced Technology, Life Science Projects Liaise with the client team on design issues Coordinate between other disciplines Administer the Architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from inception to handover Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction Ability to communicate clearly on all architectural matters Taking the conceptual design through to implementation and handover Ensure that all design is in compliance with local authorities' code. Production of tender specifications Progressing elements of design in line with the Design Checklist Mentoring Architectural Designers/Graduate Architects with the intent of securing properly trained personnel for the continual expansion of the company Ensuring Architectural Supervisor is provided with the current approved plans and shop drawings Ensuring System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, the tender technical documents, and all contractual revisions to tender documentation. Requirements: Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized school At least 3 years of experience in construction handling large-scale projects. Experience in industrial projects such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and electronics manufacturing will be an advantage Acceptable to work on Project site set-up
