To develop designs for planning and building approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations, guidelines, building codes and specific standards
To oversee progress of on-site works, coordinate/ liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and all stakeholders
To be overall in-charge of the project from design to completion
Requirements
Must possess a Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 3 years of construction project management experience in Singapore
Well versed in local compliance guidelines in Authority submission
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually
