What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of our Project Team and gain hands-on exposure to every stage of event planning and execution:

Creative & Spatial Design Exposure - Occasionally support 2D/3D spatial planning and event layout concepts for immersive experiences. Motion Graphics Support (Good to have) - Add value through simple animated content to enhance presentations, digital backdrops, or promo videos. Event Planning & Coordination - Assist with timelines, budgets, and project planning from concept to completion. Administrative & Sales Support - Maintain client records, support proposals, and track project documentation. Vendor & Venue Liaison - Help manage logistics, liaise with vendors, and coordinate setups. Marketing & Visual Content - Support event outreach efforts via social media and simple branded materials. Contribute to formatting slides, decks, and visuals for both internal and external use. Client Support - Learn how to communicate professionally, manage follow-ups, and deliver service that builds trust. On-Site Event Execution - Support the team during live events - coordinating, solving problems, and keeping things moving. Post-Event Review - Help compile reports, analyse feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. Event Technology - Gain exposure to a range of event technologies, including (but not limited to) hybrid event platforms, registration tools, event apps, and livestream integration.
