It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Project Central Outreach Intern 2023

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a series of outreach events including the theme, activities, programmes for events
• Assist in the planning and organization of the outreach events
• Assist in the project management of the outreach events including logistics, coordination, operations
• Perform outreach activities which may include door-to-door engagement with senior residents
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• May require to perform additional duties as requested

Project Description Planning of Outreach activities to encourage active aging at Eldercare Centres (EC) - This project focuses on outreach to encourage seniors in the community to participate in programs organised by EC. The interns will be attached to the Central Outreach Team. Intern will be involved in planning outreach activities, support in the designing of programs and logistic planning.

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiar with Google Workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
