Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and risk management to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with stakeholders across teams, both onshore and offshore, to drive effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project milestones, address challenges, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Assess and optimize business processes for efficient offshore transition, identifying improvement/optimisation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and manage change effectively.
Support training and knowledge transfer to facilitate a seamless migration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in project management, with experience in managing offshore transitions, outsourcing, or business process migration.
Strong understanding of Banking operations
Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
Proficiency in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Adaptability to evolving business needs and regulatory standards.

This is a project-based contract role based in Singapore.
