An \xef\xbb\xbfoil & gas EPC company specialized in \xef\xbb\xbfFPSO project is looking for the following to join their team in Singapore urgently Responsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbfOverall in charge for coordinating every aspect of the project from developing contracting strategies to implementation, coordinating with project team, ensuring project deadlines on contracting are adhered to and contract management
- Collaborate with legal team to ensure that all commercial and contract aspects of the project are properly administered in accordance with the requirements of Client\'s contract
- Liaise frequently among project management team and legal team to manage the contracts between subcontractors and Company
- \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 15 years experience preferably in oil & gas, marine and/or construction industries
- Experience working in shipyard an advantage
- Immaculate contract drafting skills
- Ability to speak English and Mandarin as this role requires to deal with vendors from China and Europe
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive issues
- Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations, company\'s code of business conduct and foreign corrupt
- Experience in FPSO projects an advantage
- Willing to take 2 years contract
