Your responsibilities and tasks:

1. Project Controlling

• Working closely with Head of Project Execution, Project Managers and Project Engineers to evaluate the financial performance and cashflow of the projects.
• Summarize project performance and KPI, including POC sales and Gross Margin. Suggest improvement and identify risk.
• Organize Project Review Meeting (monthly).
• Implement GEA and Division’s guidelines on project controlling.
• Implement changes to in project controlling process.
• Check & track changes in project planned cost and cost to complete.
• Attend to year-end audit on project business.
• Handle hedging for project.

2. Reporting and analysis

• Prepare the reports (and consolidated reports) for open project information following the Group’s reporting instruction & guideline, and submit Group reporting on time.
• Prepare Management Reports with analysis.
• Prepare presentation and management reports.
• Follow up on matters assigned by Head of Finance.
• Support the Finance Team Lead in month-end closing, Forecasting and Budget.

Your profile and qualifications:

• With 4-6 years working experience in Project Controlling using SAP project system module.
• Qualified accountants. For non-Accountants should have working knowledge in projects costing and reporting.
• Able to work independently. With inquisitive mind, and attending to details.
• Resourceful and proactive.
• Able to meet reporting deadline.
• Honest and reliable.
• Fast learner.
• Technically strong in SAP.
• Good communication skills at all level and able to influence others.
• Good Excel and ppt skill.
• Creative and always looking for improvement.
• Can conduct internal training.
