Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager on site work, supervisor and monitor the progress of sub-contractors; Building Owner, Tenants and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedules.
- Planning and executing assigned projects including site procedures and safe work practices.
- Prepare /obtain site documentation/plan and co-ordination with relevant authorities on assigned projects.
- Conduct site survey, collect data and/or perform test per set procedures.
- To ensure quality of works are up to industrial standard at all time and follow up closely on site acceptance certification or related documents are signed promptly.
- Attend site meetings, inspection as well as reviewing project schedules.
- Manage changes and identify potential crisis and develop contingency plan.
- Prepare As built documentation, reports and submit within the schedule dateline.
- ITC/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good Knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Construction/ Electrical (CME) works, cabling practices, RF knowledge, cellular is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
