Job Description
A Day in the Life:
- To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.
- To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, Management and Project Team.
- To ensure all project requirements are within the standards & control of the project management plan.
- To Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- To assist Project on - site drawings, samples and materials preparation, configuration, and submission etc.
- Certificate and Diploma or above in Construction Management / Building Studies related disciplines.
- Over 3 years' experience as Project Coordinator preferably in fit-out industry
- Experienced and well-versed in handling project documents, paper works, reports, submissions, schedules and co-ordinations among all related parties of a project management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD and EXCEL applications.
- Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
- Short Notice period or Immediate availability preferred.
