Project Coordinator (Freight Forwarding) Working days: 5 days work for and 1 sat on quarter end month (Mar, June, Sept & Dec) Location: Changi Airfreight Centre Salary: $2700 (no increment after co Project Coordinator (Freight Forwarding) Working days: 5 days work for and 1 sat on quarter end month (Mar, June, Sept & Dec) Location: Changi Airfreight Centre Salary: $2700 (no increment after confirmation, yearly review) Purpose of the job: Reporting to the Project Cargo Manager of Singapore, the Project Cargo Executive primary responsibility is to support on sourcing, compiling, procurement, backend administrative & reporting duties and indoor customer service to existing/new Corporate & SME Energy Clientele. Jobscopes: Sourcing, Compiling & Procuring FCL OOG/UC/RORO/BBK rates from various Subcontractors (E.g.: Carriers, Trucking companies, Port/Jetty Operators & Equipment owners). Quoting FCL IG rates to existing/new Corporate & SME Energy Clientele. Taking in job/shipment orders, clarifies scope with Clients and subcontractors and places proper booking with various subcontractors and follow up on the status/milestones. Coordinates job/shipment administration & operations with Clients and Subcontractors to ensure fulfilment/excellence of awarded job scope. Compiling of raw data for various management reports. Oversight on shipment/job data entry and Energy/client code alignment. Preparation of Shipping Instructions, Permits, Tradenet/Portnet entries & ISF Filings. (Optional) Prepares draft/pro-forma invoices for Project Cargo Manager vetting and upon approval send to client invoicing system/email. (Optional) Job Requirements With experiences related Energy & Project industry experience in forwarding / logistics industry will have added advantages Proven track record of handling Energy & Project clients. Sound knowledge of international logistics operations across multiple modes. Diploma in Supply Chain / logistics / management / transportation management / sales & marketing or other related discipline
