You'll work closely with clients, the design team, and contractors, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: o Support the design team in executing renovation and interior design projects from start to finish. o Develop and maintain project schedules, liaising effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. o Monitor and coordinate site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and meets quality and safety standards. o Manage project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits. o Address maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly to ensure seamless project flow. o Attend project meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. o Required Knowledge & Skills: o At least 1 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders. o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o A background in Interior Design, or related fields is a plus. o Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
