Job Description
We're looking for a
detail-oriented Technology Project Coordinator
to support large-scale IT delivery initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across multiple technology teams, and takes pride in keeping projects on track.What you'll do
Coordinate workshops, technical meetings, and UAT/IDT sessions Track actions, risks, and dependencies across Infra, App, Security, Ops, and PMO teams Prepare and maintain project artefacts (MoMs, RAID logs, dashboards, sign-offs) Support readiness, audit, and compliance documentation Consolidate weekly/monthly status reports for management and steering committees
What we're looking for
2-5 years' experience in
IT project coordination / PMO / delivery support
Exposure toapplication migrations, platform upgrades, or infrastructure projects
Understanding ofSDLC, Agile, and project delivery methodologies
Strong organisation, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder communication skills Comfortable working independently in atime-sensitive, delivery-driven environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
