Project Coordinator, M&e (interior, Building Construction)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Submit shopdrawings, materials to relevant authorities
- Coordinate with clients, architects, sub-contractors and other relevant authorities
- Review and analyse M&E design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, tender and all standards and regulations
- Ability to resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Min 2 years of M&E project coordination / management experience
- Skills such as Revit, AutoCad is an advantage
- Exposure into Interior and Building Construction Project is an advantage
- Good knowledge in local standards and requirements
