Job Description
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in fit out work (Kitchen/Commercial)
- Able to understand Architectural, Structural and MEPFS plans
- Willing to travel within GMM & MM area
- With knowledge and able to apply safety site protocols
- Able to evaluate bids
- Willing to work onsite - Pasig
- Can start ASAP
- Provide estimate/BOQ on minor repair worksAble to communicate to stakeholders all issues, concerns and hold point of the project
- QA/QC of all materials and works by contractor
- Support Merchant in their fit out works
- On the ground monitoring of construction work including repairs of existing stores and new store construction
- Monitors and documents progress of projects
- Preparation of construction Gantt Chart and identifying Critical Path Method.
- Implements and monitors project schedule and targets
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Commercial fit out work: 1 year (Required)
- 100% (Preferred)
