The Person

• Min 2 years of relevant experience, site management experience in residential projects is an added advantage
• Fresh entry candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to display initiative in execution of tasks and being pro-active in the delivery of tasks
• High level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision
• Attention to details and good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions

The Job

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large-scale projects including tracking of work progress, preparation of proposals and product presentations
• Assist in project planning, quality control planning and risk management
• Monitor project development from construction, delivery completion and post-delivery follow-ups
• Ensure proper project documentations and distribution of drawings, specifications or other technical documents
• Ensure timely delivery of appliances that meet site requirement standards and within project budget
• Liaise closely with consultants, contractors or other relevant parties to ensure good communication and progress
• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
• Any other duties as assigned
