Our Client is dealing with Vacuum Solutions, Equipment & System.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Project Engineer
Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner.
Interface with functional departments on the progress of the work, updating the project plan and where appropriate to identify the relevant activities and critical items having significant impact on the project deliverables and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Assists Project Manager in carrying out all drawings and submission with Design Department.
To take lead in preparation of purchase order.
Documenting and following up with supplier on purchase order.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are highlighted to project team member.
Coordinate with the Supplier/Vendor for materials delivery schedule.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
for each project.
Assist document preparation for submission by project team.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with HDB project will be an added Advantage.
