Job Description

Report to Project Manager Daily work scheduling of workers for projects. Project co-ordination such as liaise with Main-con , Subcon and Project Stakeholders. Assist and coordinate with Supervisors. Planning, scheduling & coordinating with customers, building owners, and workers. Responsible for as-built documentation. Generate weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel. Assist in data entry and other ad-hoc duties.



Job Specifications:



Min qualification: Diploma in construction-related discipline Able to use AutoCAD Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in a Project Coordinator role Good contractual knowledge and administration Meticulous and detail-oriented Good organisation skills, and able to multi-task Good written communication skills in English Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines Able to coordinate/communicate with project team Able to speak Chinese will be an advantage
