Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and track project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract specifications. Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters. Engage with clients and manage expectations effectively. Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet project standards and industry regulations. Manage project closeout activities, including inspections, documentation, and client handover. Foster positive team spirit and morale within the project team. Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance at all work sites. Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in site coordination and project management. Background in Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery is advantageous. Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Availability to commence work on short notice.
