Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
Provide direction and support for the project team
Monitor and report project progress to all parties concerned
Prepare and maintain project documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Track project progress and update project schedules
Assist in making budget plan and allocate project resources
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in renovation/construction field.
Strong leadership
