Job Summary:


The Interior Project Coordinator is responsible to oversee the renovation by providing on-site management, strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed. He/ she needs to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

We're looking for a systematic & meticulous Interior Project Coordinator to join our awesome team.


Prepare ballpark, quotation, project timeline chart & proper document submission. Provide technical advice and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client. Manage manpower & resources to execute site works within the timeline Responsible for initiating corrective actions & provide solutions to solve the site's technical issues. Carry out defects servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing. Update your residence/ commercial project progress to Project Director regularly.
Job Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent Candidates with 1 year of experience are preferred. However, entry-level candidates are also welcome Basic project coordination and management are preferred Basic software skills like AutoCAD/ Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel &PowerPoint should never be neglected. Good communicator and eye for detail, systematic and good time management a HUGE bonus Teamwork, motivation and self-empowerment Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
