Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Report to Project Manager and communicate with all project ream members Update status of individual services Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors and vendors wtc on site to ensure project requirement are met Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders Prepare and create detailed work schedule, manpower and resource planning Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design etc To prepare submission of materials and drawings To identify possible technical problems and seek for solution Coordinate safety management system on site Supervise project deliverables regarding site co-ordination and installation of M&E works Follow up and reporting on project progress Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice All other ad-hocs tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualifications * Min 3 years working experience in project co-ordination/site supervision
