Project Coordinator

Job Description
Coordinate, monitor and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner for commercial and residential interior fit out works. Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing. Brief workers on work place safety regulation & safety procedures ensure workers to follow through. Planning of projects schedule, close monitoring of projects and provide necessary updates to various division. Liase with suppliers, subcontractor, management and follow up closely on every project and smooth handover in good words. Control and manage purchases and stock for projects. Identifying and resolving workplace problems. Provide reports and activity updates to management. Any adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Architecture or equivalent. Experience in interior/ construction trade an advantage. Good interpersonal skills. Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess driving license. * Need to work night time and Weekends if project require.
