Role Overview



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales, Operations & Project Management Coordinator to support our fast-growing business. This is a hybrid role that involves coordinating sales activities, operations logistics, and project management support, ensuring smooth execution from client engagement through project delivery.


This position is ideal for someone with strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across different functions of the business.





Key Responsibilities



Sales Support


Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, quotations, and tender submissions. Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain and update the company's CRM/lead management system.
Operations & Logistics


Support the coordination of equipment mobilization, manpower scheduling, and resource allocation. Track and manage inventory, shipments, and project logistics. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Project Management Support


Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules. Assist project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, and site teams. Support compliance with safety and quality standards (PUB, LTA, ASTM, etc.).

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management (or equivalent). 2-4 years' experience in sales coordination, project administration, or operations (preferably in construction, water/wastewater, or engineering industries). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
