Job Description

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


General administrative and coordination support to the project team. Manage and maintain project related files, records, timesheets and claims. Developing in-depth understanding of project scope, i.e. timelines, financials, engineering fundamental and project outcome. Ability to work in a power generation environment. Capable of working in a tight schedule. Ability to multi-task. Being point of contact for various working groups. Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request, sourcing, and coordinating of goods deliveries within allocated budget & deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements. Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentations. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer / Directors.



JOB REQUIREMENT


ITE / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Preferably with 2 years' relevant work experience. Willingness to travel and be site based for project works. 5.5 days' work week. A team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong analytical, planning, oral and writen communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organization skills and detail oriented.
