Job Description

Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all the phases.
Assist the construction manager in preparing a schedule for different projects.
Assist the construction manager in the closeout process and ensure appropriate filing of all paperwork.
Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies.
Supervise and facilitates equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.
Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.
Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers.
Requirements
----------------
Diploma in construction management, engineering or Equivalent.
Self-driven, with positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and time management.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
