Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project progress. Plan and allocate manpower effectively; ensure all site works are conducted according to construction and shop drawings. Monitor work progress, attend project meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager with the preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, and related documentation. Prepare project progress reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect lists. Record all defects, variation orders, and ensure proper project documentation. Ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality standards. Identify and resolve site issues proactively in coordination with the project team. Enforce site safety measures and ensure compliance with construction safety requirements. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to support project operations. Coordinate with workshops and subcontractors for product delivery and installation. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Building Construction, Engineering

, or a related field.

Background in construction
