Project Coordinator
Job Description
The applicant should have a diploma holder in Engineering (Mechanical) and have at least 3 years of experience in the plumbing and sanitary trade.
He/She is able to work independently and have good human relation skills. Duties include;
1. Assigned plumbers to specific task to complete and supervised activities for quality.
2. Order necessary supplies and materials required for installation of new work and remodelling of existing systems.
3. Supervised installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.
4. Ensure all safety requirements and provision of Personal Protection Equipment to team members
5. Determined project schedules, including sequencing all construction activities.
6. Addressed any customer complaints and helped find a solution.
Skill requirements includes project planning, equipments knowledge, estimating, reading blueprints, and inspections as per authorities requirement.
