Job Description


:

  • Full time PC for projects requirement;
  • To plan and define the project stages, to allocate the resources, to coordinate the project execution and to supervise their application at the client’s place;
  • To advise and assign the responsibilities to other team members while ensuring the follow up of the plans, time schedule and budgets;
  • To coordinate site safety issues, weekly site meeting etc;
  • To coordinate with our supplier and fabricator and etc;
  • To provide an efficient project management capacity and to comply with the time schedule;
  • To understand and prepare work method statement, RA, etc;
  • To manage development projects in high technological environments;
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise;
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants;
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers;
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures;
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement);
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests;
  • Prepare Quotation and submit to client (for senior Project Coordinator);
  • Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations;
  • Ensure supervisors and workers are following the safe work procedures compliance;
  • Detect safety violation and report to WSH Officer (FSM).
