Job Description


:

  • Defining, develop, and execute project deliverables including work plans and schedules
  • Identify resources requirement and define roles and responsibilites for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with project team on task assignments and status
  • Monitor and manage the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues
  • Facilitate meeting and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Research on required information to accomodate to project needs

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business or related field study
  • Strong planning, coordination and management skills
  • Good communication, linguistic and presentation skills
  • Attention to details
  • Solid organisation skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving skill
  • Have a can-do attitude and can work together in a team
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
