Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with sub contractors on site and off site.
2. Coordination with landlord or landlord operation team, to acheive permit to work.
3. Coordination with insurance, material suppliers, vendors.
4. Coordination with in house carpenter and service team.
5. Site visits, site checking with sub contractors.
6. Maintaining client request.
7. Maintaining present and post construction services.
8. Transportation of in house workers and material to site.
9. Maintaining site progress and cleanliness.
10. Handling of commercial fit out services.
11. Handling of post fit out services.
Requirements:
1. 1- 2 years relevant experiences
2. Good communication and personal skills
3. Interior Design/ Carpentry knowledge and experience in construction/ furniture industry will be an added advantage
