& Responsibilities
1. Conduct site surveys and measurements
2. Prepare quantity schedules/proposals/submission reports
3. Site coordination with clients/ suppliers/ installers
4. Attend site meetings with clients
5. Understanding of layout plans and 2D/3D construction drawings
6. Able to work independently and report findings
7. Manage any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management of the company
8. Manage and co-ordinate projects for the company
9. Responding timely to clients enquiries
10. Achieve monthly or annual key performance targets set by the management
11. Allocate work to subcontractors and workers
12. Assist with inventory tracking & management
