Work closely with Service Delivery Manager and internal stakeholders to optimize the operations strategies and objectives to fulfill required deliverables and operational request.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors - operational request
Collate and consolidate service requests / incidents tickets from respective internal stakeholders (Service Desk and Vendors) for monthly management reporting
Compile meeting minutes and register action item
Requirements
ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent.
Experience with Enterprise Network, Server and Security Networking ICT environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Good communication and writing skills.
