You will be actively participating as a supporter for the sales activities while communicating with our suppliers and customers. We allow you to be creative and express your own ideas to make a valuable contribution to the future shaping of the company. The job is in the West Coast area and only Singaporeans and PRs shall apply. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for: - Smooth operation of the customer service function - Maintain and update on a daily basis the Project Reports - Monitor the progress of projects throughout the life of the project - Ensure that the office equipment works efficiently Skills required: - Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point), Outlook, Adobe - Problem solving attitude - Effective communication skills in the English language, verbally and in writing - Internet savvy Qualifications: - Polytechnic diploma or equivalent education - At least 4 years work experience in a similar function in the Oil & Gas or Construction sector Interested candidates can send their CV to and state current and expected salary.
