Main Responsibilities:

Attend to texts and calls from Clients and subcontractors with regards to the projects
Managing and arranging projects\xe2\x80\x99 timeline, materials and sub-contractors
Attending to sites daily to provide support to clients and sub-contractors
To ensure smooth project flow from start till end
To provide before and after sales customer service
To assist on any ad hoc duties given

Requirements :

Minimally 1 year experience in the Renovation and Construction industry
Possess of own vehicle will be an advantage
Patience, self-driven, able to handle customer complaints and still remain calm, objective driven and problem solver
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
