Job Description


The new role is created to support the new structure under the SG BU. This role spearheads cross-functional projects, including the development of project plans, budget, scheduling, implementation, and progress reporting. Ensuring the contracts are renewed timely without lapses.

Project Management

  • Work closely with the Project Team to support the project administration
  • Prepare budget reports
  • Schedule management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Execute project works based on the drawing / specification
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, update to Project Manager
  • Assist in all appropriate paperwork such as quotations, internal sign-off for the project
Contract Management
  • Liaise with vendor on maintenance contract related matters including issues arises from the outlets
  • Ensuring troubleshooting and maintenance of security equipment are carried out timely by the vendor
  • Evaluate of quotation for repair and maintenance works
  • Monitoring of contract expire and notify stakeholders
  • Prepare specification for ITQ or ITT
Infrastructure Management
  • Conduct site survey for kiosk location and deployment
  • Submission of Telco application
  • Coordinate joint site surveys with various contractors\' prior deployment
  • Maintain and update kiosk deployment plan
  • Other duties as assigned
Safety:
  • Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the workplace
Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
  • Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Experience in customer fronting role, in logistics and supply chain operations/sales
  • At least 5 - 8 years\' of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Sound time management and problem-solving skills
  • PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project)
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Able to understand and plan budgets
