Job Description

:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is equipped with advance skills in Microsoft Office, Data Analysis and Project Management to join our team as Junior Project & Data Specialist. The incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting our program management efforts.Responsibilities include:

• Assist in program planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Data collection and perform statistical analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Support Agile methodologies by tracking tasks, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for program stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.

Qualifications:Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or Diploma holder with 2-3 years of work experiences in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Access
• Proficiency in Dashboard/ data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Basic understanding of program management principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, English proficiency is a must.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Agile methodologies
• Certification in Program/Project Management
